As a CloudFlare Optimized Partner, we are thrilled to offer the CloudFlare Railgun™ technology to all our customers on a CloudFlare Pro plan ($20/month) or higher. You would normally have to spend $200 a month or more and setup our own Railgun Listener server if purchased directly from CloudFlare.

New Support Portal Has Arrived!

Get A Password. Get Logged In. Get Help! We recently launched a new support portal to provide a single destination for our hosting customers who need technical support. The portal can be accessed by:
- Clicking Client Login at the top of our Web site, or;
- Visting support.jubjub.com directly.
If you host with us, then you've already received an email containing your password. If you did not receive this message or lost your password, please call our support desk at 714-586-8500, option 1, and we'll get you squared away. Whether it's a site maintenance request, email assistance, or a question about your bill, our intention is for the portal to become the "go to" place for all of your hosting-related questions. The portal is still a work in progress. In the coming months, we'll be making many enhancements, including adding knowledgebase articles, integrating more of the billing features, and providing timely announcements on the status of our network. During this time, if you have any suggestions on how we can improve the portal, we want to hear from you. Please get in touch.

We’d like introduce the newest member of the Jub Jub Team, Samantha Curry. Samantha is both a designer and developer, a rare mix of skills that has already made her an invaluable part of our development group. She provides a beautiful less-is-more design sensibility that you’ll be able to see in a few sites launching towards the end of this year. She’s also an Expression Engine content management guru, and a wiz at making even the most complex sites easily editable. Welcome aboard, Samantha!
Expression Engine 2.1 has been released, and is out of public beta

The long awaited moment is here. The new version of ExpressionEngine has been released. Expression Engine 2.1 has been released, and is now officially out of public beta. EllisLab has announced that ExpressionEngine 1.x will no longer be available for purchase, although it will continue to be supported. We will continue to support the many sites we've developed on EE 1.x, but going forward in new implementations, will be shifting to developing in EE2 in most cases.
