Here at Jub Jub, we believe that quality customer service is the one true way to stand out from the crowd.
We offer live phone support during business hours (714.586.8500 option 1), as well as a support portal where you ask for help or search for answers anytime, day or night.
We launched the support portal in 2010, and have been steadily enhancing the offerings ever since. We now have many knowledgebase articles for frequently asked questions. If you have a more in-depth question or a request, please submit a ticket.
Submitting a ticket to our support portal allows us to more easily track requests across all departments, and maintain customer history, so that we can more efficiently handle customer issues.
THE WAY IT WORKS:
If one of our FAQs doesn't answer your question(s), then submit a ticket.
To submit a ticket, you can either log in at the support portal site directly (http://support.jubjub.com), or you can email [email protected] from the email address registered with the system, and a ticket will be automatically opened.
If you have an attachment, like a screenshot for instance, it's best to open a ticket via the website, as the attachment won't make it via email.
If you don't have a login or can't find the original email that was sent to you, give us a call at call 714-586-8500, option 1, or email us, and we can resend it.
